Sadam “World Kid” Ali on a winning streak. .

Tonight at the Aviator Sports Complex in Brooklyn, New York the 2008 US OLYMPIAN SADAM “WORLD KID” ALI fought a short lived fight against RONNIE “THE NATIONAL” WARRIOR, JR. of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  The card was called “RISING OLYMPIAN STAR IN THE BIG APPLE”.

From the time Ali walked to the ring until Ali’s hand being raised in victory you could hear the crowd cheering for Ali.  During round 1, Ali was the aggressor of the too letting his hands go early.  Round 2 Ali showed the crowd and his opponent what he was made of.  Ali landed a great left which stunned his opponent. Immediately following landed another right and sent Warrior to the canvas, 2 minutes 59 seconds into the round.

Sadam Ali increases his record and knockouts to 16-0-0, 10 Kos and Ronnie Warrior, Jr. decreased his record to 13-8-1, 4 Kos.

Other bouts of the evening:

Santander “Cha-Cha” Silgado of Brooklyn, NY by way of Colombia vs. Joell Godfrey of  Knoxville, TN.   This was the 2nd time these two met up. Silgado won by UD. Judges scored the bout 80-72, 79-73 and 78-74.

Ramadan “Holy Man” Yasser of New York, NY by way of Egypt vs. Tim Johnson of Philadelphia, PA.  Winner the heavy hitter of the nite Yasser by UD. Judges scored the fight 59-53, 59-54 and 58-54.

Michael Costantino of Queens, NY vs. Nathan Ortiz of Crystal River, FL.  Winner Costantino by TKO in round 2, 1 minute 16 seconds. Ortiz took this fight on short notice while Costantino was born without a right hand.

Stevie Gamache of Manhattan, NY vs. Jose Angel Ortiz of Springfield, MA by way of Puerto Rico.  Winner by UD.  All 3 judges scored it unanimously 40-36.

Jennifer Santiago of Brooklyn, NY vs. Ivana “Boo Boo” Coleman of Slidell, LA.  Winner Santiago by UD.  All 3 judges scored it unanimously 40-36.

Shawn Cameron of Brooklyn, NY vs. Mamadou Doumbia of  Brooklyn, NY.  Winner Cameron by UD. Judges scored it 40-36, 40-36 and 39-37.
